1. What is the warranty on your watches?
All our watches come with a 1-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not include wear and tear or water damage due to misuse.
2. Are your watches water-resistant?
Yes, most of our watches are water-resistant to varying degrees. Please refer to the product page for specific water resistance ratings.
3. How long does shipping take?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location:
- USA/Canada: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–8 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The watch must be unused and in its original packaging. Sale items are non-refundable.
